Spiced chocolate ice-cream dipped steak in a spicy crust
- Seasoned flour (I seasoned mine with ground pepper, cayenne pepper and Chef Paul Prudhomme’s Meat Magic Seasoning Blend, I swear by that shit)
- Three scoops of melted chocolate ice-cream, with some spices mixed in (Me, I went for pepper, paprika, meat magic seasoning and a little cayenne)
- Steak
All you do is dip the steak in the flour, then coat in the chocolate, back in the flour and pan fry for 4-5 minutes on either side. Yum yum! It was sweet but spicy and all so delicious. But in the future interests of my heart, I think I will adapt it to a chocolate marinade in the future. HOWEVER. My mind has created an awesome combination!
